So, if you’re contemplating whether you should take the leap into blogging, remember: you don’t have to be perfect.

- What are your Hobbies and Passions?

Somebody said what’s in a Name? This may or may not be true while deciding a Blog’s Name.
You need to think you are going to build a Brand with your Blog.
So typically you have Two options
- Invent a Name that resonates with your Topic of your Blog or
- Simply this is Your Blog! so what can be more fascinating than Choosing your Name as your Blog’s Domain Name.
Never hesitate to choose your name as Your Blog’s name as there thousands of Bloggers who have found success just by going with their Own name as Blog’s domain name.
Also there are thousand other Bloggers who have fancy names for their Blog’s and earn millions from their blog.
Take my Blog, Himadrisen.com. So this literally translates to ‘Myname’ dot com. Nothing fancy.
Regarding the Domain extension, a .COM domain is always preferred. But when you search, you may realize that your blogname.com is already taken and not available.
In that case .NET or .ORG also goes well. If you are looking for a regional based domain name such as .US, .CO.UK, .COM.AU, .NZ will also hold Good.
STEP 3: Get a Web hosting provider
Now that your blog domain name is decided, let’s move on to selecting the Web hosting Provider. This is also one of the Important aspects of your Blogging journey.
To make your Blog online you need a Hosting Space which is provided by the Web Hosting provider.
The web hosting provider stores all the files for your blog and delivers them to the user when they type in your blog name in the Browser. You must have a blog hosting provider in order to have a blog running.

- They offer a free, automatic installation of the WordPress blogging software.
- They offer reliable web hosting that has been recommended by WordPress.

You can head to your WordPress admin, and Look for ‘Posts’ menu on the left hand side.
There is already a ‘Hello World’ post, you can either start Editing it to create your First Blog or you can start afresh by clicking Add New.
An ideal Blog generally contains Min 500 to Max 2500 words.
This is from my personal experience, when I say something less than 500 words seems to be lacking bite and a blog with more than 2500 words may seem too Long to read.
In both the cases the readers loose Interest. So please keep in mind to play between these lines.
Images and Infographics are also very useful to present the idea that you want to convey to your readers.
